Making wreaths

Last year 36 degrees – this year inside due to rain

We had 3 stalls on the Saturday at the Fete Field – Splat the Rat, Bottle Tombola and Cake Stall. They were very well supported both with donations and buyers on the day. We raised over £800 for a tree on the Fete Field with the remainder going to Ashgate Hospice.

A group of members walked from Tansley to the gardens to meet up with the ones arriving by car. We all had a wonderful walk around the gardens and admired the rhododendrons before having lunch.
